DESIGNING BEAUTIFUL SPACES THAT CREATE LIFELONG MEMORIES

Georgie has been working for me as we refurbished our downstairs kitchen, dining and family space and seperate drawing room.  The project was quite complicated as the kitchen is modern, quite big and open plan with high and low ceilings mixed together incorporating a dining area living area and large kitchen and island. The kitchen is also open on one side to the drawing room which is a very traditional Victorian room with large fireplace. 

 

Georgie advised us on all aspects of design relating to these rooms bringing in expert lighting people for some aspects and a bespoke kitchen company for the kitchen units. In addition to layout, she sourced all fabrics, flooring, furniture, wall paper, paint, tiles and soft furnishings as well as colours and textures for the kitchen floor, surfaces and cupboards. She has liaised with the builders involved in the project and ourselves on a regular basis and has been a fantastic advisor throughout. 

 

From the outset she ensured she understood what we were looking for and while advising us and challenging us to consider things I would not have otherwise thought of, she has ensured we have the most lovely kitchen and drawing room we could have hoped for. 

 

Thoughout the project she has provided us with excellent guidance. He calm manner has been wonderful as some inevitable issues occurred with some of the building contractors, but she helped resolve everything with a good result and I've been extremely grateful for everything she has done.

 

She is extremely responsive and professional in her approach and clearly has a passion and eye for design.

 

Throughout the project Georgie was clear about costs, time frames and deliverables and we have been extremely pleased by the outcome. Her fee is very reasonable for her contribution and I would have no hesitation in recommending her for any design project going forward.
